Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming emails, and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right electrical appliances by providing product information and recommendations.
  • Drive sales by promoting in-store offers, promotions, and new arrivals to potential buyers.
  • Maintain the showroom’s cleanliness and organization to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Perform cashier duties and process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or receptionist roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Prior knowledge of electrical appliances or home appliances is a plus.
