We are seeking a dedicated and organized Part-Time Receptionist cum Sales Executive to join our prestigious boutique TCM clinic in the heart of Tiong Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued patients, ensuring a welcoming and serene environment. Beyond administrative duties, you will play a key role in patient retention and revenue growth by engaging with clients and promoting our wellness products and services.
You will manage the front desk operations, handle appointment scheduling efficiently, and maintain the clinic’s pristine atmosphere. Your ability to combine warm hospitality with persuasive sales techniques will be essential to our success. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments via phone and email efficiently.
- Assist in selling TCM products, supplements, and treatment packages to walk-in and booked clients.
- Handle front desk administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Ensure the reception area and waiting lounge are clean, organized, and serene.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or sales role, preferably in healthcare or retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of TCM or wellness products is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility to cover shifts.
- Must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
