Tanggung Jawab
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and manage office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange transportation for guests
- Provide administrative support to HR, sales, and operations departments
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and manage security protocols
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support event coordination and company activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with 1-2 years of receptionist/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in FMCG or hospitality industry preferred
