MKS Workforce Management Services is looking for a dedicated Receptionist / Customer Service Receptionist to join our growing team in Makati City. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the impression clients and visitors have of our organization. We are seeking someone who is approachable, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and a positive attitude.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₱18,000 to ₱20,000 per month and provides an excellent environment for career growth within the administration and office support field. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department promptly.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Handle appointment scheduling, walk-in inquiries, and visitor registration efficiently.
- Process basic administrative tasks such as document filing, data entry, and correspondence preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with relevant teams for replenishment as needed.
- Provide general information about the company's services and offerings to incoming inquiries.
- Support other departments with light administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or relevant vocational course is preferred.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Willing to work in Makati City and adapt to a corporate office environment.
