Tanggung Jawab
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel or departments
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and appointments
- Update and maintain contact lists and department databases
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and data entry as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, internet)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Filipino language proficiency is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to learn and adaptable to changing priorities
