Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel or departments
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and appointments
  • Update and maintain contact lists and department databases
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks and data entry as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, front desk, or receptionist roles
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, email, internet)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Filipino language proficiency is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adaptable to changing priorities
