Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Handle mail, documents, and deliveries, sorting and routing them appropriately
- Provide accurate information to visitors in-person and via phone
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication flow
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support special events and meetings as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of IT industry terminology is advantageous
