Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring all visitors and guests are warmly welcomed and assisted.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, screening, and routing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate schedules, and prepare necessary documentation or catering.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office cleanliness, reception supplies, and stationery inventory.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Office Manager or HR team.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent professional certification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
