Shopee is seeking a proactive Reconciliation Assistant Lead to join our Scommerce team in Ortigas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our financial transactions, identifying discrepancies, and driving process improvements within our high-volume payment ecosystems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily reconciliation of payment transactions between internal platforms and external payment gateways.
- Lead a team of analysts in resolving financial discrepancies and ensuring timely settlement.
- Monitor and analyze transaction logs to identify trends, errors, or potential fraud risks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Streamline reconciliation workflows to reduce processing time and improve accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, IT, and Customer Operations to resolve escalated payment issues.
- Maintain compliance with internal audit standards and financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in financial reconciliation, accounts receivable, or back-office accounting operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide team members and meet tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with SQL or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
