We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Record to Report Analyst to join our finance team in Taguig City. This is a pivotal role where you will play a key part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting processes.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end financial reporting lifecycle, including consolidation, variance analysis, and the preparation of consolidated financial statements. You will ensure strict compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and contribute to the efficiency of our monthly close process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close process.
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Philippine GAAP.
- Perform detailed variance analysis to explain differences between actuals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure accurate recording of journal entries and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting processes and controls.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by providing timely and accurate documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Record to Report function.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Record to Reporting or Financial Reporting role.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Philippine GAAP.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong plus).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) are required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
