Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to make an impact in one of the Philippines' most iconic brands? Chooks-to-Go is seeking a highly skilled Record to Report (R2R) Accountant to join our finance team in Bonifacio Global City. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, managing the end-to-end general accounting process to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
As our R2R expert, you will oversee the full accounting cycle, ensuring that every transaction is captured precisely. You will play a lead role in the month-end and year-end closing processes, acting as a bridge between operational data and executive decision-making. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the technical accounting rigor to drive process improvements and financial accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
- Perform comprehensive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation schedules and capital expenditure tracking.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial statements, ensuring compliance with PFRS/IFRS.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and streamline reporting workflows.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and answering auditor inquiries.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improvements to increase efficiency in the reporting cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in General Accounting or R2R roles.
- Strong technical knowledge of PFRS/IFRS and local tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a sharp eye for identifying financial inconsistencies.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines during month-end closing periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various business units.
