Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including general ledger maintenance and journal entry preparation.
- Perform timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in General Accounting, R2R, or similar finance functions.
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment.
