Chooks-to-Go, a leading quick-service restaurant chain in the Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Record to Report Staff to join our Finance team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for the end-to-end record-to-report process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.
In this role, you will manage general ledger operations, prepare financial reports adhering to IFRS, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support both internal and external audit processes. You will also play a crucial role in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the general ledger and sub-ledger processes, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, SEC requirements, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls in the record-to-report cycle.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts as needed.
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a retail or FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
