Koperasi Sehati Makmur Abadi is currently seeking a highly motivated Recovery & Litigation Officer to join our team in Banyuasin, Palembang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing non-performing portfolios, executing recovery strategies, and representing the organization in legal proceedings related to financial delinquency.
We are looking for an individual with sharp negotiation skills and a deep understanding of financial regulations. As a Recovery & Litigation Officer, you will work closely with our field teams to resolve outstanding payments, mitigate financial risks, and ensure that all recovery processes adhere to company policies and Indonesian law. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable and non-performing loan portfolios.
- Conduct field visits to perform collection activities and provide professional payment consultations to clients.
- Prepare and manage documentation for legal actions, including warning letters, litigation filings, and court appearances.
- Negotiate payment restructuring agreements with delinquent clients to minimize financial loss.
- Collaborate with internal legal counsel to ensure all recovery efforts are compliant with established financial and cooperative laws.
- Prepare detailed recovery reports and litigation status updates for management.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity while handling sensitive client information.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) in Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in debt recovery, litigation, or field collections at a KSP (Koperasi Simpan Pinjam), financing company, or leasing firm.
- Strong understanding of debt collection practices and basic Indonesian civil and commercial law.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to handle difficult client situations.
- Possess own vehicle and a valid driving license (SIM C/A).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and achieve specific recovery targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Palembang and Banyuasin regions.
