Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all recreation facilities including pools, gyms, and common areas
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce facility usage rules to prevent accidents
- Provide exceptional guest service, assisting with inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs to supervisors
- Manage inventory of recreation supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure safe operational environments
- Support special events and recreational activities as required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience in customer service or facility maintenance preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is advantageous
