Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily operations of all recreation facilities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and activity hubs.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of recreation associates to ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute innovative recreation programs, fitness classes, and wellness events tailored to hotel guests.
- Maintain equipment and facility cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Monitor and manage the recreation budget, including inventory control and procurement of supplies.
- Drive revenue through the promotion of recreation services, memberships, and personalized guest activities.
- Collaborate with the rebranding team to align facility aesthetics and services with the new hotel identity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Sport & Recreation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury fitness club environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Deep understanding of health and safety regulations for recreational facilities.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive revenue growth in a service-oriented setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to managing shifting priorities during a rebrand.
