In this role, you will leverage various recruitment channels – including online job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals – to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates. You will conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with job specifications and company culture. Additionally, you will manage offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding logistics, and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system. Your insights will help shape our recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Understand client requirements and job specifications provided by account executives or clients directly.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings and build long-term talent pipelines.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and time-to-fill metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
