Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions.
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates through multiple channels, including social media and job boards.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
