- Source and screen candidates specifically for warehouse, dispatch, and blue-collar hourly positions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop relationships with staffing agencies and industry partners to expand the talent pool.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for hourly operations, logistics, or blue-collar industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruitment methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse candidates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience is highly valued.
