Tanggung Jawab

  • Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conducting comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Managing the entire applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate data.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
  • Negotiating salary packages and extending competitive employment offers.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent network for future hiring needs.
  • Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in the Philippines.
