Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and screening candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conducting comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Managing the entire applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintaining accurate candidate data.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Negotiating salary packages and extending competitive employment offers.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent network for future hiring needs.
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in the Philippines.
