Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Sourcing and screening candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and skill fit.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Agency Recruiter or in-house Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with the local Singaporean job market and labor laws is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
