Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define job specifications.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and skill fit.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Agency Recruiter or in-house Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with the local Singaporean job market and labor laws is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
