Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conducting detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and potential
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent requirements
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage data, and generate reports
- Implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and niche talent pools
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and maintaining accurate candidate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with proven track record in talent acquisition
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet recruitment KPIs
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
