Join Micron Semiconductors, a global leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, as a Contract Recruiter. In this pivotal 4-6 month role based in the Admiralty area of Singapore's North Region, you will be instrumental in driving our talent acquisition strategy.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to partner with our hiring managers. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job descriptions and sourcing passive candidates through innovative channels to managing complex stakeholder relationships and closing offers. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver cutting-edge semiconductor solutions that transform how the world uses information.

Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate top-tier candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives by sourcing diverse candidate slates and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular recruitment metrics and reports.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout all stages of hiring.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven, hands-on experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, ideally within the semiconductor, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting requirements.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's Employment Act and prevailing hiring practices.
