In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles, from identifying top-tier talent to closing key leadership positions. We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate diverse markets and build robust pipelines of qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key positions within the APAC region, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, success criteria, and recruitment timelines.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and headhunting techniques.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and transparent feedback.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to HR leadership to optimize hiring processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in recruitment, preferably within a multinational environment or the APAC region.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of successful placements.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
