- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various platforms.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and progress efficiently.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and foster a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, best practices, and labor market conditions in Malaysia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
