Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate setting
- Strong proficiency in recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, ATS systems)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
