- Execute high-volume recruitment strategies specifically tailored for the BPO and Call Center industry.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline maintenance.
- Coordinate interview schedules, send offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical and soft skill requirements for specific roles.
- Build a talent pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in BPO or Call Center recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume roles within tight deadlines.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly preferred.
