Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for security personnel and corporate roles.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments to identify the best talent.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job specifications.
  • Administering background checks and employment verification processes.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the security or facilities management industry.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid work pass or Singaporean/PR status is required.
