Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for security personnel and corporate roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Conducting interviews and coordinating assessments to identify the best talent.
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand requirements and define job specifications.
- Administering background checks and employment verification processes.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the security or facilities management industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid work pass or Singaporean/PR status is required.
