Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with global/multinational focus
- Proven track record in high-volume recruitment and commission-based roles
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across international markets
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural competency
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
