Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through diverse channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conducting comprehensive candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Managing full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Building and maintaining robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyzing recruitment metrics and implementing data-driven improvements to sourcing efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting roles
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote settings
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
