Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for manufacturing and skilled trade positions (e.g., welders, electricians, machinists, and engineers).
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and onboarding.
- Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and build comprehensive candidate pipelines.
- Utilizing various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract talent.
- Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline status.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades sector.
- Strong understanding of the North American job market and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
