Tanggung Jawab
- Source and recruit high-quality nursing and caregiving professionals through various channels including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Screen candidate applications to evaluate clinical competency, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess soft skills, work history, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified healthcare candidates to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Provide candidates with clear, professional guidance regarding job opportunities and career growth.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define clear requirements for specific clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or an experienced Caregiver.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Technically proficient with Google Workspace, MS Office, and standard social media recruitment tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate information.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a desire to transition into an office-based, corporate recruitment career.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus, but we are open to training the right clinical candidate.
