Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for specific programs, ensuring a seamless process for both hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent pipelines for high-volume or specialized program roles.
- Partner with business leaders and program managers to define hiring profiles, manage expectations, and provide data-driven market insights.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, assessing candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit.
- Maintain high-quality data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
- Optimize recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure an equitable candidate journey at every touchpoint.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced tech or corporate environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Experience in high-volume or program-based hiring with a focus on candidate quality and speed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
