You will work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and provide an exceptional candidate experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for specific programs, ensuring a seamless process for both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent pipelines for high-volume or specialized program roles.
  • Partner with business leaders and program managers to define hiring profiles, manage expectations, and provide data-driven market insights.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews, assessing candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Maintain high-quality data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
  • Optimize recruitment processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficiency improvements.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure an equitable candidate journey at every touchpoint.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced tech or corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • Experience in high-volume or program-based hiring with a focus on candidate quality and speed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and recruitment sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
