- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
- Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple functions
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a remote or international setting
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple functions
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
