  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify the best-fit candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a remote or international setting
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across multiple functions
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
