Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting comprehensive candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers across sales departments
- Utilizing ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and generate recruitment reports
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitive compensation structures
- Collaborating with marketing teams to develop employer branding initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience with focus on sales/permanent roles
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to persuade candidates
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet)
- Results-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs and deadlines
