Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across diverse operational roles
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference verification
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) data and recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Optimize candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital and physical platforms
- Analyze recruitment trends and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in operational/technical roles
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with recruitment analytics and performance metrics
- Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
