Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding, for a diverse range of roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database, to identify qualified candidates globally.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and background checks to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role, preferably in an RPO or BPO environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for diverse roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
- Experience with global recruitment or working with international clients is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
