You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to manage high-volume scheduling, onboarding documentation, and recruitment lifecycle support. Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple time zones for hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end administrative support for the recruitment team, including job posting management and interview logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain high data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with pre-boarding and onboarding processes, including background check coordination and documentation.
  • Support the recruitment team with ad-hoc HR projects and reporting to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer stage to employee onboarding.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or a similar office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
