Tanggung Jawab
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for available positions
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment database
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment materials
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
