Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success criteria, and recruitment strategies.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the TI culture and operations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive compensation packages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources within a multinational corporation.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in achieving hiring goals.
