Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all candidates and job postings
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting vacancies on multiple recruitment platforms
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
- Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to the HR team and management
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring fair and ethical hiring practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment administration or HR coordination
- Proficiency in HR information systems and recruitment management software
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
