Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the recruitment database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all candidates and job postings
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various positions
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and posting vacancies on multiple recruitment platforms
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment reports and analytics to the HR team and management
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement effective recruitment strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring fair and ethical hiring practices

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment administration or HR coordination
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and recruitment management software
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information
