Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles within the Australian business unit.
- Partner with Australian hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
- Conduct rigorous behavioral-based interviews and screenings to ensure technical competency and cultural alignment.
- Facilitate the offer management process, including salary negotiations and contract generation.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Australian Fair Work regulations and internal HR policies.
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly recruitment metrics to leadership.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Kualifikasi
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with exposure to high-volume hiring or international markets preferred.
- Exceptional command of English (both written and verbal) is essential for daily interaction with Australian stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Willingness to work shift hours that align with Australian time zones (early morning starts).
- High level of professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Previous experience in agency recruitment or a shared services environment is a significant advantage.
