PNTC Colleges is seeking a motivated Recruitment and Selection Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team in the heart of Intramuros, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the endātoāend recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and candidate screening to interviewing and onboarding coordination. By aligning hiring strategies with the collegeās academic and operational goals, you will help us attract topātier talent who share our commitment to educational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment plans, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the selection process. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for people development with strong analytical and communication skills, contributing to a positive workplace culture and supporting the collegeās mission to nurture future leaders.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for academic and administrative positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using behavioral and competencyābased interviews.
- Partner with department managers to define job requirements, competency profiles, and selection criteria.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on key metrics such as timeātoāfill and quality of hire.
- Implement employer branding initiatives and promote the college as an employer of choice.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Stay updated on labor market trends, employment regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of handsāon recruitment experience, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interview and evaluation skills with a dataādriven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in Filipino and English.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight hiring deadlines.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Detailāoriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fastāpaced environment.
