  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding coordination

  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, phone screens, and face-to-face interviews

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in automotive, retail, or multi-location industries
  • Proficiency in recruitment software (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter) and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
