- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and applicant tracking system
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
- Assist in developing recruitment materials and job descriptions
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
