- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for diverse automotive roles
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers nationwide
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation ensuring compliance with labor standards
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems for efficient talent management
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment channels and job portals
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction strategies
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance standards
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Attention to detail in documentation and candidate evaluation processes
- Experience in the automotive or retail industry is highly advantageous
