  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for diverse automotive roles
  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
  • Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers nationwide
  • Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation ensuring compliance with labor standards
  • Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems for efficient talent management

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
