Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates for diverse U.S.-based roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules between hiring managers and applicants across different time zones.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and pipeline transparency.
- Draft and post compelling job advertisements on various professional platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Assist in building a robust talent pool through proactive networking and database management.
- Prepare comprehensive recruitment reports and analytics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (essential for U.S. client interaction).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with modern ATS tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
