In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our talent acquisition process, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier candidates for our clients.

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be involved in end-to-end recruitment operations, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of recruitment activities, including open houses, recruitment trips, trade tests, and product demos.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, including job posting, sourcing, and selection.
  • Consolidate and maintain accurate candidate data and CRM records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of interviews, assessments, and other selection procedures.
  • Ensure all recruitment documentation and compliance requirements are met throughout the hiring process.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment trips and attend company events as required.
