- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions across the organization
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to determine suitability for roles
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment status
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates and ensure smooth onboarding processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound judgments
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
