Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job portals (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn), social media platforms, and employee referrals to actively source potential applicants.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify the best matches against job requirements and create shortlists for hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, including initial phone screens and face-to-face meetings, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates, answer queries, and manage their expectations throughout the hiring process.
- ATS Management: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and pipeline status.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to improve our hiring strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR assistance is preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms.
