- Sourcing and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates for various open positions.
- Conducting initial phone screens and in-person interviews with potential hires.
- Managing job postings on various platforms and maintaining a strong employer brand presence.
- Building and nurturing a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Coordinating the interview schedule and providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR coordination (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
